Commercial and Industrial Land  

The State Government, through Development WA, has committed to the transfer of commercial and industrial land valued at $8.7 million, including:  

• Lot 601 on Marine Terrace Geraldton (will be transferred to YSRC in 2024) 

• Bluff Point lots valued at $2.4 million (YSRC will work with Development WA on development of this site over the coming years) 

• Narngulu Industrial lots valued at $700,000 (will be transferred to YSRC in 2024/25) 

• Oakajee – six lots will be transferred as managed reserves once the State Industrial Site is confirmed that it is progressing.
